Hector Garcia’s journey with woodworking began at a young age in Colombia, where he learned the craft alongside his father. Driven by his talent and passion for working with wood, Hector later moved to the United States to pursue his skills on a larger stage. He spent eight years mastering his craft at Tucker Robbins in New York City, followed by twelve years working with Hudson Furniture, where he honed his expertise in custom wood designs. With years of experience and a deep-rooted passion for woodworking, Hector founded HG Solid Wood Furniture, where he now creates one-of-a-kind pieces that combine artistry, functionality, and timeless design.
